IMPLEMENTASI EDUKASI SENAM NIFAS TERHADAP STATUS KESEHATAN IBU NIFAS
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Status kesehatan ibu nifas menunjukkan baik buruknya kondisi ibu selama masa nifas. Pada masa nifas, ibu banyak mengalami perubahan fisik yang bersifat fisiologis dan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan pada awal masa nifas, namun jika tidak diberikan perawatan yang tepat, kemungkinan dapat terjadinya perkembangan patologis. Survei Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (SKRT) memperkirakan 60% kematian ibu terjadi pada masa postnatal dan 50% kematian masa nifas terjadi dalam 24 jam pertama, dimana sebagian besar penyebab utamanya adalah perdarahan post partum yang dapat berlangsung dari masa nifas awal (early postpartum) hingga masa nifas lanjut (late postpartum). Untuk menurunkan angka morbiditas pada masa postpartum yaitu dengan melakukan mobilisasi dini dan senam nifas guna mempercepat involusi uterus. senam nifas dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu kebutuhan dasar masa nifas. Pada dasarnya ibu nifas dianjurkan untuk melakukan senam nifas karena dengan melakukan senam nifas maka akan banyak membantu untuk mempercepat proses pemulihan pada masa nifas. Oleh sebab itu, Bidan sebagai educator harus bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang senam nifas sehingga ibu paham terhadap banyaknya manfaat senam nifas serta memotivasi ibu untuk melakukan senam nifas Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan implementasi dari edukasi senam nifas terhadap status kesehatan ibu nifas. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus (case study). Peneliti menggunakan single case, dengan jumlah responden satu orang dengan satu kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara/pengkajian, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan implementasi edukasi senam nifas terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan status kesehatan ibu nifas (fisik maupun psikologis). Kesimpulan: Implementasi edukasi senam nifas dapat mempengaruhi status kesehatan ibu nifas.

3. Author Online Use
- Personal Servers.
