In the working area of Pulogadung Community Health Center (Puskesmas), East Jakarta, the rate of minor domestic violence was recorded at 44% of 44 respondents, as well as cases of child sexual abuse reported in February 2025. This situation indicates the need for prevention and early detection of sexual violence against adolescents through a community- and gender-based approach. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of adolescent Integrated Community Health Post (Posyandu) cadres regarding gender-based adolescent reproductive health, particularly in the prevention and early detection of sexual violence, and strengthen the role of cadres as a peer group for adolescents.

The activity implementation method uses a program cycle approach which includes the stages of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The activities are carried out through cadre refreshment, cadre mentoring, and evaluation of the implementation of peer group roles. The cadre refreshment activity showed an increase in knowledge from the sufficient category (60–80) by 47.1% to the very good category (>80) by 75.5%. Furthermore, cadres were accompanied in providing counseling to 28 adolescent posyandu participants using various educational media, including pocket books, videos themed "Protect Yourself, My Body is Valuable", and reproductive health aprons.

The final results showed that cadres were able to independently carry out counseling, provide counseling, and conduct early detection of sexual violence using a WHO questionnaire developed with a gender approach. The screening identified one teenager who experienced minor sexual violence, which was followed up with a report to the Pulogadung Health Center for further treatment. This activity effectively increasing the capacity of cadres and strengthening the role of peer groups in preventing sexual violence against adolescents.
2026-06-03T18:52:19+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.physiohealthjournal.org/jpmfki/article/view/481 PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KETRAMPILAN KADER TERHADAP LACTATION MASSAGE DAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKLUSIF UNTUK PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI WILKER PUSKESMAS KEL. PONDOK MELATI KOTA BEKASI TAHUN 2024 ANGKATAN 1 2026-06-03T19:06:38+07:00 Achwan Achwan achwan_73@yahoo.com
Chronic malnutrition from the prenatal period until the age of two years, or beyond the first 1,000 days of life, is the leading cause of growth disorders (stunting) in Indonesia, thus requiring special attention. Improper breastfeeding, feeding practices, and parenting during the 0–23 month period can disrupt a child’s growth and development. Based on the results of the 2023 SKI, the national prevalence of stunting reached 21.5%, showing a decrease of about 1% compared to the previous year, but it is still far from the government’s target of 14% as stated in the 2020–2024 RPJMN. In addition, exclusive breastfeeding still faces challenges such as sore nipples and problems with the baby’s attachment to the breast. The lactation massage technique is one method used to stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin through gentle massage. The Community Service activity conducted in the working area of Jatirahayu Health Center aims to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres regarding lactation massage and exclusive breastfeeding as an effort to prevent stunting in 2024. The methods applied in this program included socialization and problem identification, counseling, training, mentoring, and program evaluation. The activity involved 31 cadres as participants. The results of this community service showed the establishment of effective collaboration with Jatirahayu Health Center, identification of local stunting-related problems, and an increase in cadres’ knowledge, skills, and confidence in providing education and assistance related to exclusive breastfeeding and lactation massage. The evaluation also confirmed the successful implementation of the program. In conclusion, this community service activity resulted in improved cadres’ competence and confidence in performing lactation massage and providing education on exclusive breastfeeding to mothers who experience breastfeeding difficulties. Recommendation: To enhance the program’s impact, it is suggested that similar training be continued in the following year, involving a greater number of cadres to strengthen skills in lactation massage and exclusive breastfeeding counseling.
2026-06-03T18:51:47+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.physiohealthjournal.org/jpmfki/article/view/482 PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN SENAM HAMIL PADA IBU HAMIL SERTA PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KETERAMPILAN MASSAGE LAKTASI PADA KADER DI DESA NAMBO 2026-06-03T19:06:38+07:00 Achwan Achwan achwan_73@yahoo.com
Lower back pain during pregnancy and decreased milk production postpartum are common issues that affect the quality of life of mothers and their babies.
